Nightstick Justice are a raging hardcore band from San Francisco/Half Moon Bay, CA. I've decided to post all three of their 7"s at once to pummel you, the reader/listener, with their nonstop barrage of sonic insanity. From start to finish on every album, these dudes, most of them from Second Opinion, deliver hardcore like it was in the 80's: metal-free with a pissed-off, no-bullshit attitude and very much in your face. It's very easy to hear their musical progression from the raw and gritty demo 7" to the tight-sounding, cranked-up power and intensity of the Claustrophobic EP. They take cues from early Boston hardcore (think Jerry's Kids), later 80's hardcore from the East Coast, and even some Japanese hardcore with their influences and tastes.
