4 Skins - A Fistful Of 4-Skins


The band is a band 4 skins working Oi! which was formed in the east of London, England. It was formed in 1979 and ended in 1984, only returned in 2007. Before launching albums they contributed for several collection of Oi! together with the band Cockney Rejects, Cock Sparre, The Business and Angelic Upstarts, with the song "One Law For Them." He has known songs as "Sorry", "Evil", "Chaos", "Plastic Gangsters" and "Destroy (All Cops Are Batards)." Several songs the band have themes such as violence, but it is not known for promoting violence. From the beginning of the band were all "skinheads", but after Steve Pear, rockabilly, and Hoxton Tom McCourt, mod, also joined the band. Members of the band is known for football, as Sham 69 and Menace.
The band went through various configurations, only the low Hoxton Tom McCourt / vocal that was present in all the formations of the band. Interestingly, member of The Last Resort, Roi Pearce and guitarist Paul Swain then entered for white power band skrewdriver.
In 2007 the band returned with two original members Gary Hodges on vocals and Steve H Harm down with the Cockney Rejects, Mick Geggus and Andy Russell, guitarist and drummer respectively. The album "A Fistful Of 4-Skins" was launched by the Syndicate Records in 1983, is the second album from the band.
